CVS Caremark announces winners of community-health grants

The CVS Caremark Charitable Trust has awarded 21 health centers more than $1 million combined through Innovations in Community Health grants to increase access to treatment for chronic illness. CVS Caremark also has released a study showing that a majority of survey respondents aren’t taking necessary steps to improve their health. Full Story.
