Are retailers missing the mark with millennials?

Most retailers know that the millennial generation is important to their business, and 98% said the group will be important to their business in three years, but for many their efforts to reach the 80 million digital-savvy Gen Y members might be falling short, according to a report from Berglass + Associates. The survey found that nearly half of respondents haven’t crafted marketing strategies to reach millennials, and 60% aren’t doing any market research on the group. Full story.
